Your wellness regimen includes mental health.

Relationships and Mental Health are my passions!

I have over fifteen years of experience working with individuals and couples on a variety of concerns including: Building better relationships, Anxiety, Family Conflict and Trauma.

I also enjoy working with other helping professionals and healers to facilitate professional growth and address vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue. In addition, I work with high performers to identify and develop skills to facilitate a better work life rhythm.

Removing the stigma surrounding mental health is something I care about. To that end, I conduct workshops on a variety of topics and I am available for consultations and speaking engagements.

I also work with companies and organizations to identify wellness needs and develop wellness programs that suit team needs.
